Heritage Ceilings
is a small family business. We specialize in ceiling
decoration because we love beautiful creative ceilings. We
place enormous emphasis on personalized service (see our
Testimonials) and total client satisfaction.
So, what
do we
actually
do?
In a
nutshell, this is what we do:
We design layouts for pressed tin ceilings
so that their proportions are perfectly in
balance, we supply an extensive range of
pressed tin ceilings and wall panelling, we hand-paint the
designs in those panels and we also hand-paint plaster
products such as ceiling medallions and roses,
domes and cornices. We offer an extensive range of designs
and colour schemes to choose from. We are
particularly passionate about tin ceilings because
they are so versatile. Widely different effects can be
achieved by the way the tin ceilings interact with each
other and by the way in which they are painted. The
same panel can produce both a mellow effect and other times
a bold shiny effect. Tin ceilings
can be used in both historic restoration and in contemporary
projects.
Ceilings
can now become artworks
We are now finding more people want to celebrate their
heritage. There is a renewed appreciation of traditional
architecture. Clients are now looking back into their past
and they want to re-create the elegant ceilings of
yesteryear. Many home owners are now choosing home remodelling as opposed to buying a new home and fortunately
these home remodellers are now including decorative ceilings in their
interior design plans. Heritage Ceilings is here to help
design ceilings for both home remodellers and new home
builders. Additionally, our services are available to
interior designers and architects. We have styles to suit
Victorian, Federation, Art Nouveau and Art Deco themes. Our
ceilings can be painted in fine detail, they can have just a
hint of an alternate colour or they can be the same colour
all over.
Honesty is our policy
We always respect our customers'
requests but if we feel that a certain element in their
ideas is flawed then we explain why and offer alternative
ideas. We would rather be honest and lose a sale than not
give our customers our very best and frank advice.
Ultimately the end decision lies with the customer and we
respect this.
